How to use this catalogue
- Fill in the Order details below (your name, email, Division and, where relevant, your Department).
- Add a Deployment (a destination or place of use) for every location that needs equipment. For each one, choose whether it belongs to a specific Department or to the whole Division.
- Enter the quantity you need for each product in the matching Deployment column. Rows are grouped by category — click a category to collapse it.
- Click Save / Export order to download an
.xmlfile. This file is your saved order — keep it to resume editing later or to hand to your Division. - A Division can select several Department files at once with Consolidate several orders to merge them into one combined requisition.
This tool records quantities only — there are no prices. No login is required and nothing is stored on a server; the exported file is the only copy of your order.

Deployments & saving
Add a Deployment (place of use)Choose a Department, or leave it set to “Whole Division” when the deployment serves the Division as a whole. Select a Division above to list its Departments.
Consolidate several orders lets a Division combine the individual .xml order files submitted by each of its Departments into one merged requisition — matching Deployments are combined and quantities for the same product are added together.
